You can advertise with us for FREE! This is a community website, and we want to make your services known to the local area here in humboldt county. There are two different ways you can advertise for free:
- From your pre-existing website - If you have a website already, feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to make a link from us to you. All that is asked in return is a reciprocal link - which makes for a better rating in search engines for both of us.
- General Listings Section - Our general listings section is a perfect place to show your name and basic information of what you do, where you are, and other contact info. This can be found at the bottom of the main page.

Otherwise, if you are interested in a website made by me, here are some details on how to get started.
- $15 dollars per month for a website. This includes:
- Personalized site setup
- Working with keywords for your specific category.
- A link(s) from the main categories section.
- A general listing on the front page that will link to your personal page as well.
- Any general changes that you need to make within your site at any time. (Such as putting up a new picture or editing the current text.)
- Youtube video --- This is a new feature where you can make a video of yourself just talking about what you do in your practice. This will be available for all to see within your site. Scroll down to the bottom for more info.

Website Setup Fees
There is an initial $50 charge to set up your website's main page and $5 for each additional page that you would like to be linked along with it.
Your Webpage Setup Process:
Your page will be part of the main site's address thus becoming a 'sister site' of the main index. So your web address will look like this: http://www.arcatatherapy.com/yourname.php4
* Choosing Your Categories
Categories vary from Massage Therapy, Psychotherapy, Chiropractic, Yoga or any holistic therapy that is available. It doesn't matter if you fit into one or many categories. Whatever therapy you can offer, please let me know and I will adjust your link to be displayed in all specific areas that are needed.
* Choosing Your Webpage Style
There are varying template styles available to choose from. I will work with whatever style suits how you need your wording or pictures to be displayed. Most changes needed after the site is done are included in your monthly fee such as if you need to change some text or add a picture to your pages.
* Choosing Your Keywords
Carefully chosen keywords will then be discussed and worked on together to help your site gain the maximum potential for recognition by the top search engines. This is a process of choosing the right words and phrases, and although this will help with ratings, there is not a guaranteed result that it will put you to the top of searches due to the competitive nature of websites in the same category as yours. However, due to the Arcata/Humboldt area not being as populated, the results will be more likely to be in your favor.
* You Tube Video Spot
This new feature will allow you to put a video on your main site if you wish. The main idea is to let people see who you are and what you have to say about your practice. It's a great way for people to see a little bit of your personality which can bring even more of a draw to your business.
To set this up, you will have to make your own digital video, upload it to youtube.com, and then send me the link to where it is so I can link it to your site from there.
